What is the void?
To cure it you first need to understand what emotional void you are distracting from.
is it void of love, compassion, fear, anger, focus, purpose or something more complicated. Possibly a number of emotions intertwined into a web of intimate feelings that are constantly changing.
Unravel the web, uncomplicate the issues, simplify your internal messages and replace with positive affirmations that will serve multiple purposes.
The temptation is high and the reward is higher. Unfocus on the need to eat for gratitude to yourself. This is a falsehood and refection proves this to be unhelpful.
